Petitsuix is the manager of the “Auberge du Lac” (The Lake Inn). Like most Helvetians he seems to be obsessed with cleanliness, punctuality.

His Dutch name, Biotix, is a direct play on Biotex, which was a very famous brand of biological laundry detergent in the Netherlands and Belgium.
