Operation Getafix
Operation Getafix is the title of the novelazation of Asterix and the Big Fight (in French: Astérix et le Coup du Menhir), a delightful animated film from 1989. The film was directed by Philippe Grimond and produced by Yannick Piel. This French-German co-production offers a unique twist on the world of Asterix, blending elements of Asterix and the Big Fight and Asterix and the Soothsayer.

Le Coup du Menhir
The French title Le coup du menhir translates roughly as The Blow of the Menhir or The Menhir Strike.
Albums
An illustrated album of the film was made available in a couple of languages. The English edition carries the name “Operation Getafix”. There is also a 1989 computer game with the same name.
